October In Numbers

October was yet another busy month across the branches here at team Hannells! The numbers show no decline in appetite for new properties coming to the market, with the average percentage of sale price still up above 100%. With well over 600 new applicants registered on our mailing list and over 2300 viewings booked in, the market is as strong as ever! We expect this level of interest in new properties to continue in to the Winter months, with the number of properties coming to market still at a lower level than buyers looking to make a purchase, meaning prices will continue to reach high levels for the foreseeable future.
